“ Delicious, affordable meals and bakery. Dinner rolls are almost as big as your head and sooo yummy! Waitstaff are all business but get the job done well. If you're new: there's no host, you just get in line near the door, and the line slides forward, onto the wooden bench toward the dining room as groups are sat. I didn't know this and got some shade from staff for my ignorance. (Not sure how seating in the diner area works.) ”
“ Ordered the turkey melt sandwich with a side on onion rings- they were very good! The turkey sandwhich was delicious! Haven't stopped in a long time and hope to be back again sometime! Didn't get a picture of the food but I did get this one of a piece of pumpkin cheesecake to go- a generous size and a mini loaf of banana chocolate chip bread from the bakery counter. Love truck stop diners! ”
“ September 23rd my Ma and myself stopped in while heading home from Milwaukee, what a place and how about the prices for the foodchicken was juicy and not overly salty and the German meat balls were flavorful in all the right ways, the eclair was eaten for days as the shear weight was earth shattering. If your looking for homemade foods and bang for your buck then make your way over to the Pine Cone Restaurant ”

“ Lucked out finding this place. I've only shown 2 of the 3 bakery cases in the photos. I want one of everything. This menu was super inexpensive with lots of choices and very huge portions. I hope we come by this way again in the future. Lots of seating inside including lots of counter seating. ”
